PENS is a professional development program created by the Victor Elementary School District to serve the professional growth needs of our teachers. The program is based on the philosophy that the professional growth of our staff can be achieved through quality time spent observing "master teachers" in action. Research indicates this opportunity affords both our beginning and veteran teachers a meaningful staff development experience.
